Scary Weasels: Doing it right with Mobile/Social Media

This past Halloween season, Meijer's rolled out a unique Mobile/Social promotion. They announced that the 'headless horseman' would be on a certain street during a certain time frame. If you saw the 'headless horseman,' you were to text "He rides" for a chance to win $1,000.
